As an analytics specialist, you will be tasked with uncovering actionable business insights, identifying and visualizing performance trends, working with strategists to create client presentations, and working directly with clients on analytics implementations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Diving deep into client accounts to identify performance trends and create insights
  • Creating dashboards and reports to visualize client performance
  • Creating client presentations
  • Working with clients to implement analytics and tracking

Your background should include:

  • 1+ years experience in an analytics focused role either in-house or at an agency
  • Google Analytics experience – other analytics tools (amplitude, mixpanel, adobe, etc) a plus
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads reporting experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with analytics data to gather business insights
  • Ability to distill data from multiple disparate sources into a clear and articulate narrative even when underlying data is inconsistent, messy, or poorly structured (we work across many companies, data sources are not always logically structured or set up with best practices in mind)
  • Be a master of your tool of choice for reporting – excel/sheets/python/sql/etc
