At Opascope, we are looking for a creative Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist with excellent analytical and collaboration skills to work onsite at our San Juan, Puerto Rico offices as a contract to hire.
In this role, you will use data analysis to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, as well as implementing changes that drive conversions and overall performance.
What your day looks like:
- Analyze website and landing page performance; identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in user behavior and conversion rates.
- Ensure that marketing campaigns are optimized to convert more effectively, thereby increasing the return on investment for marketing activities.
- Create, design and optimize ads to increase click through rate to landing page performance
- Develop hypotheses for testing based on data analysis and user behavior insights.
- Monitor test performance, analyze results, and report findings with recommendations for further optimization.
- Enhance user engagement on digital platforms by improving content, layout, and overall user journey.
- Optimize forms and calls to action to increase the number of qualified leads generated from marketing campaigns and conversions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design and functionality improvements.
- Improve the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of websites and digital assets to facilitate easier navigation and interactions for users.
- Gain deep insights into customer behavior and preferences through data analysis, user feedback, and testing, using this understanding to inform optimization strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and other relevant metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Encourage innovative approaches to testing and optimization, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
You are a good match if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in ad design, web design, wireframing, and page optimization.
- Experience in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator
- Previous experience with web analytics tools
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
