In this role, you will help us deliver exceptional results for our client’s across search, social, and programmatic. You will drive intentional results through constant optimization, attribution, and domain expertise across search and social marketing. You will work closely with our firms leadership and lead the paid media team.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the digital strategy team & key accounts
• Hiring and developing our growing digital media team
• Acting as the single source of truth on key accounts
• Work directly with the founder to develop and implement paid search and social strategies
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
• Reporting and dashboards

Your background should include:

• 5+ years at a paid media agency or as an in-house marketer
• Experience managing accounts with at least 500k+/month in paid media spend
• Mastery of paid search and social
• Mastery of analytics and reporting
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts and data into a compelling narrative
