As a Senior Account Manager at Opascope, a performance marketing agency that works with a range of companies across B2C and B2B, from early-stage startups to some of the biggest companies in the world, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of diverse clients. Your key responsibilities will include leading regular client meetings, translating client needs into actionable strategies, and collaborating closely with project managers and the broader team to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
You’ll spearhead the execution of customized digital marketing strategies, focusing on helping clients succeed with Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), ad design, and marketing operations.
Managing 4-8 clients at a time, you’ll need excellent organization, strategic thinking, and time management skills. This role requires you to set the overall strategy for brands at various stages of growth, from innovative startups to established global corporations, while staying ahead of the ever-changing digital marketing landscape. This is a US-based full time remote role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead regular client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and upcoming initiatives across all digital marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Translate client needs and requests into actionable tasks and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and implementation teams to prioritize work and delegate tasks to the broader team.
- Oversee the quality and timely delivery of all client deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends and proactively recommend new approaches to clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations.
A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Client Communication: Lead multiple client meetings each week, presenting results across all channels, discussing strategy, and gathering feedback. You’ll become adept at understanding the unique needs of both B2C and B2B clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
- Strategic Planning: Following client meetings, work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks, adjust ongoing projects, and delegate responsibilities to the appropriate team members.
- Team Collaboration: Conduct internal meetings with your project managers and specialists to ensure alignment on client objectives and deliverables.
- Performance Analysis: Review campaign performance across various platforms and prepare insights for upcoming client meetings.
- Strategy Development: Based on client feedback and performance data, support the strategy team in refining and developing new strategies to drive client success across all digital marketing channels.
- Client Relationship Building: Engage in ad-hoc communications with clients to address urgent needs or opportunities, maintaining a strong and trusted advisor relationship on all aspects of digital marketing.
- Travel: Be prepared for 1-2 weeks of travel per quarter to our Puerto Rico office for onsite meetings and team collaboration.

- Identifying growth opportunities for clients and new service areas for Opascope that address the needs of both B2C and B2B markets in all aspects of digital marketing.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role working with diverse businesses.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, SEO, and CRO for both B2C and B2B clients.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and SEO principles applicable to various business models.
- Experience in leading client meetings and managing client expectations across all digital marketing channels.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with startup teams and corporate stakeholders on all aspects of digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
